   1.Emergency stretchers often operate ==outdoors and over uneven surfaces. A larger wheel diameter ensures much better passing ability and obstacle clearance.

   2. Outdoor use means stretcher caster wheels must handle rough, uneven ground and high-speed movement. This requires wheels with excellent shock absorption and impact resistance

How to Select Central Locking Caster Wheels for Stretchers?

We currently offer 3 types of central lock mechanisms:

• Type A: 2-step 30/45° Lock Cam – 1 Neutral + 1 Total Locking

• Type B: 3-step 30/45° Lock Cam – 2 Neutral + 1 Total Locking

• Type C: 3-step 30/45° Lock Cam – 1 Neutral + 1 Direction lock + 1 Total Locking

Valid Combinations for ONE Stretcher Bed:

1. 4 pcs × Type A
2. 2 pcs × Type B + 2 pcs × Type C
3. 3 pcs × Type B + 1 pc × Type C
