The super low heavy duty casters are are suitable for heavy but infrequent moving equipment, such as mechanical equipment, medical equipment, network cabinet, computer control cabinet, automation equipment, assembly line equipment, electric heating machinery, test machinery, etc. The common 2 inch caster can load only about 30-60kg. But when use bigger wheels,it’s will increase the entire machine height.

     We have developed a new kind of super low heavy duty caster wheels.

The caster adopt Ø50mm x 40mm wide PA 6 wheel with double ball bearing.

The overall height is 72mm

The wheel match anti-winding cover.

Each caster can load 250-300kg,in order to meet this load capacity we use 4mm thickness bracket.

For this model we have both swivel and swivel with total lock type.
