Today one of our customer ask us,they need 2000 pieces caster for their trolley. And tell us they need 5 inch casters,and each caster need load 250 kgs.But they are confuse how to choose polyamide wheels and polyurethane wheels.

        I think there may have many other users have same problems.We would like to take this opportunity to analyze this situations again.  First of all you need check the caster wheel work condition---Indoor or outdoor,on smooth floor or uneven ground. And the caster need load 250kg each.

       After you know all of above. You will know how to select caster wheels

       Polyurethane wheels are better option if you need casters running at low noise

       Poly-amide wheels better option if the casters need running on Sharp scrap metal or any other sharp object surface.And nylon caster wheels also have better performance on wear resistance
