We need do regular maintenance to ensure the normal use of  heavy duty casters.

    First of all we need lubricated regularly for the heavy duty casters.So make sure casters have long useful life.As usual 6 month each time.

    Secondly,inspection the wear condition of the wheels,dust cover can help wheels avoid wrap fabrics.Replace the broken wheels to ensure whole device can work well.

    At last if the swivel portion too loose,we need replace it immediately.If the swivel portion can not rotate freely, then we need check whether the ball bearing corrosion or dirt,If equipped with fixed casters,we need make sure they are no bracket has bent.
