What is the difference between electrophoresis and galvanized surface treatment of caster brackets?

Electrophoresis: Compared with galvanization, the caster bracket will produce a very thin layer after electrophoresis. Its anti-rust ability is stronger than that of galvanization, and its appearance is also more beautiful. The problem is that the surface layer will fall off. 4. Comprehensive protection: every part of the plated parts can be plated with zinc, even in recesses, sharp corners and hidden places can be fully protected

5. The coating has strong toughness: the zinc coating forms a special metallurgical structure, which can withstand mechanical damage during movement and use

Although the two surface treatments of electrophoresis and galvanizing will have the effect of preventing rust, there will still be minor differences between the two, so everyone should understand their differences when choosing the surface treatment of the caster bracket.
