1. Can check the caster wheel attrition rate by visual detection

2. Can check the accumulation circumstances to see if the caster wheel tread have "Bald Spot"

3. When lint and other debris winding wire the wheels,then remove the bolts and nuts,to reassemble to
continue use, if the caster wheel components are not damaged.You can also install a dust cover to prevent winding.

4. Caster wheels loose or stuck can also cause the "Balt sopt" .Proper maintenance inspection,especially checking the tightness of bolts,lubricating oil,replace damaged rolling casters can enhance device performance and rotation flexibility.

5.After check and repair casters,need double check if the bolts and nuts are tightened,If possible all the bolts using lock washer or lock nuts.If the scres are loose,tighten it immediately,The wheel can not mounting
tighten enough, will cause the wheel damaged or can not rotate.
